Recently, Sungrow Hydrogen celebrated a significant milestone by securing the bid for the China Energy Engineering Corporation (CEEC) Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park project in Jilin, China. This project, hailed as the world's largest integrated green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol initiative, represents a pivotal step towards advancing sustainable energy solutions on a global scale. At the heart of this endeavor lies Sungrow Hydrogen's 1000Nm³/h ALK hydrogen production system, poised to play a crucial role in this ambitious undertaking.

The CEEC Songyuan Hydrogen Energy Industrial Park project holds a prestigious status among the inaugural cohort of "Green and Low-carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Projects" recognized by China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). This pioneering initiative not only signifies China's commitment to green technology but also positions itself as the foremost integrated project worldwide for green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol production. Backed by an investment exceeding $4 billion, the project aims to annually produce 110,000 tonnes of green hydrogen, 600,000 tonnes of green ammonia, and 60,000 tonnes of green methanol upon its operational launch.

Sungrow Hydrogen's ALK and PEM water electrolyzer products have earned acclaim for their outstanding performance, securing pivotal roles in the CEEC hydrogen production equipment centralized procurement of 2023. The ALK hydrogen production system, a standout from Sungrow Hydrogen, has achieved global leadership status in key technologies such as flexible green hydrogen production, electro-hydrogen coupling, energy management, and cluster control. This cutting-edge system is meticulously designed to seamlessly integrate with synthetic ammonia and methanol production processes, thereby optimizing overall operational efficiency and sustainability.

For Sungrow Hydrogen, winning the bid for the Songyuan project marks their third successful venture in Jilin province. Looking ahead, Sungrow Hydrogen remains steadfast in its commitment to advancing the project's completion and expanding its influence globally through additional strategic initiatives. This commitment underscores Sungrow Hydrogen's vision to spearhead large-scale production of green hydrogen, ammonia, and methanol, contributing significantly to the growth of renewable energy hydrogen production and the green hydrogen-based chemical industry worldwide.

CEEC, established in 2011 under the approval of the China State Council, comprises entities like China Gezhouba Group and China Electricity Consulting Group, among others. With a registered capital of 4.25 billion USD, the company is committed to green, circular, and low-carbon development principles, guided by the vision of "Bringing Energy to the World." CEEC aspires to achieve international leadership and competitiveness as a world-class industrial leader. CEEC Global serves as the international presence of CEEC beyond China's borders.
