However, ChemAnalyst will not be responsible for any delay or failure to adhere to our obligations under our contract with you where such delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. Also, pertaining to the nature of the work, we regret that it is not possible for an order to be cancelled once it is submitted.

In case, should a subscription order qualify for cancellation, we will issue a credit of equal value to the original purchase price, towards a future purchase—no refunds. The decision about whether the product return can be accepted or not is solely at our discretion
In no event shall ChemAnalyst be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with any content (or any material provided hereunder), whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if ChemAnalyst has been advised of the possibility of damages.
