TWMA has effectively obtained a contract with a potential value of USD15 million, further solidifying its integral position in offering essential assistance to a substantial oil and gas initiative under bp's leadership in Egypt.

Renowned experts in drilling waste management are set to employ their state-of-the-art RotoMill drill cuttings processing technology to handle the complete array of drilling waste generated by bp's WND & END exploration and development undertaking in the Mediterranean Sea. This significant endeavor, expected to last for approximately five years, is on track to initiate in October of the present year. The utilization of RotoMill technology showcases their commitment to efficiency and sustainability in managing drilling waste, a vital aspect of environmental responsibility within the energy sector. This venture highlights the convergence of cutting-edge technology and environmental consciousness in the pursuit of successful oil and gas operations.

At the heart of TWMA's approach lies the innovative RotoMill, a technology that harnesses the power of thermal desorption. Through this method, drill cuttings and their associated components are meticulously segregated into three distinct constituents: oil, water, and solids. The separated components are then earmarked for recycling and reuse. With precision and finesse, TWMA's cutting-edge equipment meticulously controls temperatures to ensure the reclaimed base oil retains its original quality, making it primed for reuse within the drilling mud system.

Abdelrahman Amin, who serves as the General Manager for TWMA Egypt, underscored the significance of this milestone contract. He emphasized the enduring partnership established with bp, a collaboration dating back to 2005. Through unwavering dedication and a consistent showcase of their capabilities across North African operations, TWMA emerged as the preferred contractor entrusted with supporting this transformative venture.

The environmental ramifications aligned with this technology played a pivotal role in securing this remarkable contract. bp's unflagging commitment to minimizing the environmental footprint of its projects was notably influential. By opting for the deployment of the RotoMill for this initiative, bp can efficiently recuperate and reintegrate valuable base oil into their drilling system. This dual advantage, encompassing both environmental stewardship and commercial viability, augments the overall value of their operation.

TWMA's appointment for this crucial undertaking is a testament to their expertise in drilling waste management. Their history of exceptional performance, combined with the evident advantages of RotoMill technology, positions them as a reliable partner to advance bp's goals while upholding principles of sustainability and efficiency. This collaboration underscores TWMA's capability to effectively address environmental concerns in the oil and gas sector, aligning with the drive for responsible and efficient practices. It exemplifies their role in bridging innovative solutions with industry commitments, ensuring effective waste management and sustainable progress in energy projects.
