Primary Hydrogen Corp, a natural hydrogen exploration company, announced today the proposed acquisition of the Hopkins Hydrogen Project. This strategic move reinforces the company's commitment to building a diverse portfolio of high-potential hydrogen projects across Canada.

Primary Hydrogen will acquire a 100% interest in the Hopkins H2 Project for a total consideration of C$96,000 and 450,000 common shares. The vendors will retain a 1.5% net smelter returns royalty (NSR), half of which can be repurchased by the company for C$750,000. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Located 35 kilometers north of Kapuskasing, Ontario, the Hopkins H2 Project encompasses 31 mineral claims spanning 6,920 hectares. The project's accessibility via the Trans-Canada Highway and its extensive road network makes it a prime target for exploration.

The project's geological setting, marked by alkali intrusives and associated structures, offers significant potential for naturally occurring hydrogen (NOH) through both serpentinization and radiolysis. The presence of "forest ring" features further supports the possibility of gas and fluid percolation to the surface.

The Hopkins H2 Project is strategically located in a region with a strong history of mining and exploration. Its favorable geology, characterized by the presence of alkali intrusives and regional faults, creates a conducive environment for the formation of naturally occurring hydrogen (NOH).

The project offers significant exploration potential, with targets including structures near alkali intrusives and areas rich in magnetite or iron-rich rocks. This aligns well with Primary Hydrogen's existing portfolio, particularly the Blakelock Hydrogen Project in Ontario, creating synergies and enhancing the overall value proposition.

"The acquisition of the Hopkins H2 Project aligns perfectly with our growth strategy," stated Benjamin Asuncion, CEO of Primary Hydrogen. "With its strong geological foundation and proximity to infrastructure, this project has the potential to unlock significant value for our shareholders. We are excited to advance this project and continue our exploration efforts in the natural hydrogen space."

Primary Hydrogen Corp. is a mining exploration company currently concentrating on two primary projects: the Blakelock hydrogen project in Ontario and the Arthur Lake Copper project in British Columbia.

The Blakelock Hydrogen Project, located in Northern Ontario's Larder Lake Mining Division, encompasses 109 mineral claims covering 2,207 hectares. The Arthur Lake Copper Project, situated near Vanderhoof, British Columbia, spans 1,050 hectares.
