LONGi Hydrogen has entered a strategic partnership with HydrogenPro ASA, a prominent leader in green hydrogen technology and systems, by signing an Investment Agreement. Alongside HydrogenPro’s shareholders, ANDRITZ AG and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LONGi Hydrogen will contribute approximately NOK 140 million to HydrogenPro. In addition, the two companies have signed a Cooperation Agreement to collaborate on expanding manufacturing, engineering, and servicing of electrolyzers to support the growth of the European green hydrogen market.

Zhang Haimeng, Vice President & Chief Sustainability Officer of LONGi Green Energy and Board Director of LONGi Hydrogen, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. He highlighted HydrogenPro’s achievements in delivering large-scale green hydrogen projects in international markets and emphasized the potential to combine complementary strengths. “This collaboration establishes a global framework to drive the development of green hydrogen projects worldwide,” Zhang stated. He also acknowledged the significance of joining forces with industry leaders like ANDRITZ and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, reiterating LONGi Hydrogen’s commitment to creating value for customers through partnership and collaboration.

He emphasized the importance of advancing LONGi Hydrogen’s global partner network and unlocking the potential of green hydrogen technologies. “With over 500 MW of global project experience and expertise in safe, reliable products and technologies, we are excited to explore synergies in engineering, supply chain, and customer service with HydrogenPro,” Ma said. He further highlighted the collaboration’s potential to generate new business opportunities and accelerate the industrialization of green hydrogen solutions.
