KBR (NYSE: KBR) has announced today a significant milestone in its journey of technological innovation with the selection of its renowned PurifierTM ammonia technology by Wuhuan Engineering Co. Ltd. for the expansion project at El Nasr Company for Intermediate Chemicals’ (NCIC) fertilizer complex in Egypt. Under the terms of this groundbreaking agreement, KBR will provide a comprehensive package of services, including the technology license, proprietary engineering design, and specialized equipment, for NCIC's ammonia plant expansion. With a remarkable capacity of 1,200 metric tonnes per day, this state-of-the-art facility will leverage KBR's Purifier technology to enhance efficiency and productivity while minimizing environmental impact.
