Hylium Industries Inc., a leading innovator in hydrogen liquefaction, storage, and related technologies, has signed a strategic Assembly License Agreement with Element 1 Corp. (e1NA), a pioneer in hydrogen generation and purification technologies. This agreement grants Hylium the rights to assemble and commercialize hydrogen generation products integrating e1NA’s patented technologies across Korea and Asia. This collaboration represents a major milestone in advancing hydrogen production and purification solutions in the region.

As part of the agreement, Element 1 Corp. will facilitate a comprehensive technology transfer to Hylium, which includes detailed documentation, hands-on training, and operational support. Hylium will begin by assembling S-Series methanol hydrogen generators using core components supplied by e1NA, with the possibility of extending the partnership to include L/M-Series generators for larger-scale applications. By combining the expertise of both companies, the agreement aims to accelerate the deployment of hydrogen technologies in key Asian markets.

Hylium Industries brings extensive experience in hydrogen liquefaction and storage, along with established market access in Korea and Asia. Paired with e1NA’s advanced hydrogen generation and purification solutions, this partnership will drive the development of efficient and sustainable hydrogen-based energy systems. The integration of these technologies is expected to support various applications, including small-scale production of liquefied hydrogen for unmanned aircraft, hydrogen refueling stations, and micro-scale electricity grids.
