China's Weilian Chemical has successfully resumed the production of Terephthalic Acid (TPA) at its facility in Dongying, located in the northern part of Shandong province. The resumption of TPA production occurred on December 10, following a scheduled maintenance period that began on November 29. The Dongying plant boasts a substantial production capacity of 2.5 million tons of TPA annually, positioning it as a significant player in the chemical manufacturing landscape.
