Standard Lithium, a prominent lithium company poised for near-commercial operations, has announced a strategic move with the acquisition of 118 acres of land to further advance the development of its South West Arkansas Project.

Dr. Andy Robinson, President and Chief Operating Officer of Standard Lithium, expressed the significance of this land acquisition, stating, "The purchase of this land underscores our unwavering commitment to advancing and reducing risks associated with the South West Arkansas Project. Positioned to the southwest of the SWA Project's brine lease footprint, this land boasts a highly advantageous location near a well-connected paved highway, robust regional infrastructure, and access to a skilled workforce. This acquisition expands our existing land options within the Project area, offering us greater flexibility in design as we propel the Project forward towards the Definitive Feasibility and FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) phase."

The newly acquired 118-acre parcel is situated in Lafayette County, Arkansas, in close proximity to state highway 29. Historically, this highway has served as a key route for accessing logging operations. Notably, a section of the property has previously undergone logging activities, and the remaining harvestable timber is scheduled for removal before the end of the year, a process managed by the previous landowner.

Standard Lithium's decision to acquire this strategically located land parcel underscores the Company's dedication to the South West Arkansas Project, aiming to secure the necessary resources and infrastructure for its successful development. This strategic move aligns with Standard Lithium's overarching mission to contribute to the growth of sustainable lithium production and play a pivotal role in the global transition towards cleaner energy solutions. The Company recognizes that accessing this prime piece of real estate bolsters its position and reinforces its commitment to advancing the Project efficiently.

As Standard Lithium continues to expand and refine its operations, this acquisition adds to its existing land holdings in the South West Arkansas Project area, providing invaluable flexibility and resources for the next phases of development. With the land's proximity to essential transportation routes and a skilled workforce, it is strategically poised to support the Company's progress towards the Definitive Feasibility and FEED phase, marking significant milestones in the Project's journey.

In summary, Standard Lithium's acquisition of 118 acres of land in Lafayette County, Arkansas, signifies a substantial step forward in the development of its South West Arkansas Project. Positioned in close proximity to vital infrastructure and offering design flexibility, this land acquisition exemplifies the Company's unwavering commitment to advancing sustainable lithium production and driving innovation in the clean energy sector. With an eye toward reducing risk and maximizing efficiency, Standard Lithium continues to make strategic moves that will propel the South West Arkansas Project towards its next pivotal phases of development.
