Silver Dollar Resources Inc ("Silver Dollar") has announced the signing of an asset purchase agreement (the "Agreement") with Silver Valley Metals Corp. and its subsidiary, North Idaho Metals Corporation. Under this Agreement, Silver Dollar's wholly owned subsidiary will acquire the rights, title, and interests in assets pertaining to the Ranger-Page Project situated in Shoshone County, Idaho, USA. These assets encompass the option rights outlined in the Government Gulch Option and Joint Venture Agreement ("Government Gulch Agreement"), as well as the Page Mine Mineral Rights Lease and Option Agreement.

The Ranger-Page Project stands out as a drill-ready initiative situated in a renowned silver district. Positioned near an interstate highway in a Tier 1 mining jurisdiction, it benefits from accessible infrastructure and a nearby skilled workforce. The project boasts a rich mining heritage, with the Ranger-Page claim package encompassing six historic mines within the prolific Silver Valley, underscoring its strategic location and potential for significant resource development.

This marks the first instance of consolidating this area of Silver Valley under a single operator, a significant milestone. Over the past two years, multiple exploration targets have been meticulously developed, now poised for drilling following the systematic application of modern exploration techniques. Primary target zones are strategically located up-plunge from historical underground mining terminations and extend laterally from past production areas. Furthermore, distinct drill targets, unrelated to historical mining, have been identified. The project benefits from patented lode claims, securing ownership of both surface and mineral rights. With no federal permitting required, the efficient State of Idaho permitting process is underway. Notably, the Ranger-Page Project adjoins the Bunker Hill mine, set to recommence operations in Q4 2024.

The Ranger-Page Project, situated in northern Idaho's Silver Valley, recognized as the Coeur d'Alene Mining District, boasts a rich historical legacy as a prolific mineral district. Since the initial staking of the first significant lead-zinc-silver discovery in 1884, the region has hosted more than 90 operational mines, highlighting its enduring productivity and mineral wealth.

The Project encompasses two contiguous patented lode claim groups: Government Gulch spanning 403 acres and Page Mine covering 802 acres, marking the first consolidation of the Western Silver Valley mining corridor under a single operator.

This strategic land package incorporates six historic mines and offers the opportunity to secure ownership of mineral rights free from royalties. Included in the Target Assets are access rights facilitating exploration activities by Silver Dollar. Ideally positioned approximately two kilometers south of Interstate 90 and Smelterville, the Project benefits from essential amenities such as power, water, year-round access to local infrastructure, and a proficient workforce experienced in exploration and mining operations.

Mike Romanik, president of Silver Dollar, expressed enthusiasm about the Ranger-Page project, citing it as an exciting opportunity to expand into another prominent silver district amid favorable market conditions. He acknowledged Silver Valley Metals' role, alongside existing key shareholders First Majestic Silver and Eric Sprott. Romanik specifically commended Brandon Rook and his team for their strategic and meticulous approach in consolidating ownership and advancing the Ranger-Page project to a drill-ready stage across several target zones.  This emphasis underscores Silver Valley Metals' valuable contribution to the project's progress.
