The full integration of HPS into Sika USA will establish a robust platform for further expansion in the building finishing segment while delivering significant efficiency gains in logistics and production.

HPS specializes in self-leveling and waterproofing solutions, which are primarily used in flooring applications. These products are distributed through a well-established network of partners across the U.S., making HPS an important player in the sector. By bringing HPS fully under its ownership, Sika will be able to leverage its resources to enhance market penetration and optimize operations.
