Resource Mining Corporation Limited (ASX: RMI) has recently announced its acquisition of the Mpanda and Mbozi Cu-Au Projects by procuring 75% of the issued shares of Tanzanian company, Vancouver Mineral Resources Limited. These projects are strategically situated within the Ubendian Orogenic Belt, a critical area in western Tanzania renowned for its multi-element resources, which offers significant potential for the discovery of critical mineral deposits. It is worth noting that Resource Mining Corporation (RMC) Limited already possesses six Ni-Cu project areas within the same belt, substantially augmenting the opportunities for exploration and discovery.

The Mpanda and Mbozi Cu-Au Projects encompass terrain considered among the most promising within the region. The historical lineage of copper mining in the Mpanda Mineral Field dates back to the 1930s and continues unabated. A notable site within this area is the Singililwa Mine, renowned for its exceptionally high-grade deposits, developed along the strike of the Mpanda Cu-Au Project’s tenements. Similarly, the Mbozi Cu-Au Project underwent initial exploration by BHP, resulting in the identification of the high-grade copper project, Luez Hill, positioned up strike from the tenements. Preliminary soil surveys and field mapping exercises conducted in both projects have already identified significant copper anomalies within geological formations conducive to substantial mineralization.

Resource Mining Corporation Limited is excited to announce the acquisition of the Mpanda and Mbozi Cu-Au Projects, earmarked for exploration concurrently with our existing Ni-Cu projects. These new ventures are strategically positioned along the strike from some of Tanzania's renowned Cu-Au discoveries, with recent field assessments unveiling major anomalies along the strike and within the appropriate geological settings. Leveraging our in-country expertise and seasoned personnel, we are poised to fully capitalize on this advantage as we expand our exploration horizons and persist in the pursuit of significant critical mineral deposits.

Resource Mining Corporation Limited aims to establish a sustainable long-term business model centered around mineral development, ensuring consistent shareholder value while operating responsibly within the community and environment where we operate. Our vision at Resource Mining Corporation Limited is to unlock the value of our world-class resource opportunities with the support of our key stakeholders.

The Mpanda and Mbozi Cu-Au Projects are situated in highly prospective areas within the region. Copper mining in the Mpanda Mineral Field has been active since the 1930s and continues to this day, exemplified by the development of the high-grade Singililwa Mine along the strike of the Mpanda Cu-Au Project's tenements.
