At the 2025 International Sign Association (ISA) Expo in Las Vegas, POLYVANTIS made a strong impression with its latest innovations in signage design and materials. The company showcased its full line of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC) products, representing the trusted ACRYLITE® and LEXAN™ brands. With a focus on durability, visual impact and practicality, POLYVANTIS continues to offer advanced film and sheet solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the signage industry.
“Our goal is to provide versatile, efficient materials that help our customers stand out in a competitive marketplace,” said Al Favero, senior director of commercial operations for the Americas at POLYVANTIS. “By combining the proven performance of the LEXAN™ and ACRYLITE® brands, we’re enabling new levels of design flexibility and long-term reliability in signage.”
A key highlight of the company’s presence at the expo was its growing portfolio of digital print materials. ACRYLITE® Digital Print Pop Touch acrylic sheet, designed for high-quality ink adhesion, drew attention for its compatibility with wide-format printers that create 3D surfaces and Braille. The product eliminates the need for additional treatments or pre-processing, helping printers save time and streamline production. It is ideal for both first and second surface printing, and its crystal-clear option allows for maximum color customization. The textured surface is also ADA-compliant, supporting accessibility in signage applications.
POLYVANTIS also showcased LEXAN™ Digital Print Films, which feature a proprietary coating that enhances UV ink adhesion while reducing the risk of delamination under laminating adhesives. These films are available in a variety of base materials, including hard-coat and flame-retardant options. Designed to deliver consistent results, they help lower production costs and improve efficiency.
In addition to its digital print offerings, POLYVANTIS presented a broad range of other specialized signage materials. The ACRYLITE® LED series includes options for color-changing backlit signs, edge-lit designs, and high-performance letter block and sign-grade sheets. ACRYLITE® proTerra supports sustainable design practices by incorporating up to 95% post-industrial recycled acrylic. ACRYLITE® Satinice offers optimal light diffusion and maintains its textured appearance even after thermoforming, making it ideal for bright, uniform signage.
LEXAN™ products on display included Diffuse Light, Cool White (DLCW) films for controlled light transmission and LEXAN™ Sign sheets, known for their impact strength and optical clarity. With a focus on innovation, sustainability and performance, POLYVANTIS continues to shape the future of the signage industry, offering comprehensive solutions that meet the demands of modern design and production.
