Perstorp Holding AB, a leading global innovator in specialty chemicals, has announced the successful acquisition of OQ Chemicals Nederland B.V. from OQ Chemicals GmbH. The transaction, which grants Perstorp full ownership of the Dutch company's production assets, technology, and workforce, marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing growth strategy focused on enhancing its capabilities within the specialty chemicals sector.

Perstorp, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG), a major player in the Malaysian chemicals industry, confirmed that it had acquired 100% of the shares of OQ Chemicals Nederland. The acquisition solidifies Perstorp's position as a key player in the global specialty chemicals market and further supports its commitment to developing sustainable solutions for a wide range of industries.
