Nuberg EPC Wins Contract to Build 40,000 TPA Hydrogen Peroxide Plant in Indonesia

Nuberg EPC, a leading global engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in the chemical industry, is pleased to announce its collaboration with PT. Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia on an innovative project in Jakarta. The agreement was formalized during a high-profile meeting in Jakarta, attended by key figures from PT. This venture marks Nuberg EPC’s first entry into the Indonesian market, paving the way for future collaborations in Southeast Asia.

A key highlight is the production of plant equipment at Nuberg HFD, an advanced Process Equipment Manufacturing Company covering 115,000 square meters in Jhagadia, Gujarat. This facility is one of the largest and most modern manufacturing plants. With over 400,000 available Engineering Man Hours, the company guarantees excellence in all facets of its projects.
The project will be carried out in Banten, Indonesia, representing a key milestone in Nuberg EPC’s global expansion. PT Sulfindo Adiusaha, the parent company of PT Hidrogen Peroxida Indonesia, is a prominent entity in Chlor-Alkali and Vinyl development. Founded in 1987 as PT Indochlor Prakarsa Industries, Sulfindo initially produced Caustic Soda and EDC, later expanding to VCM and PVC by 1995. In 2005, its subsidiaries consolidated into Sulfindo, which now boasts an annual production capacity of 320,000 DMT of Caustic Soda, 380,000 MT of EDC, 130,000 MT of VCM, and 110,000 MT of PVC. The company plans further expansion to meet increasing market demand.
