Linde LienHwa, a leading supplier of industrial gases in Taiwan, has been awarded a significant long-term supply agreement with one of the world’s top semiconductor manufacturers. The agreement will support the company's new advanced packaging facility in Chiayi, Taiwan, marking a major milestone for Linde LienHwa and its growing presence in the semiconductor sector.

Under the agreement, Linde LienHwa will design, build, own, and operate a complex of on-site plants to supply ultra-high-purity nitrogen, oxygen, and other bulk gases essential for semiconductor production. These plants will be specially designed to meet the stringent quality standards of the semiconductor industry, ensuring top-tier reliability and operational efficiency. The total investment for the project is expected to be approximately US$190 million, with the facilities slated for startup in August 2025.
