Honeywell, Weatherford Team Up for Cutting-Edge Emissions Management Solution in Oil & Gas

On May 9th, 2024, Honeywell and Weatherford revealed a collaboration to provide the energy industry with an all-encompassing emissions management solution. This partnership integrates Honeywell's emissions management suite with Weatherford's Cygnet SCADA platform, equipping customers with a robust tool to oversee, report, and implement measures aimed at mitigating greenhouse gas emissions, flammable hydrocarbons, and other hazardous and toxic gases.

The cohesive solution empowers upstream oil and gas operators to monitor emissions data nearly instantaneously, pinpoint and resolve potential concerns, and adhere to regulatory standards. Additionally, the partnership grants customers access to cutting-edge analytics and reporting features, facilitating informed decision-making to diminish emissions, enhance environmental efficiency, and achieve environmental objectives.

Pramesh Maheshwari, President of Honeywell Process Solutions, emphasized the significance of the collaboration with Weatherford in providing organizations with tools to measure and mitigate emissions in the energy sector.
