Canter Resources Corp. is excited to announce the initiation of Phase II of its drilling program at the Columbus Lithium-Boron Project ("Columbus" or the "Project"), situated near Tonopah, Nevada.

The Phase II program is anticipated to involve up to 10 Geoprobe drill holes and will utilize an upgraded drill rig model and tooling. This phase aims to explore a third aquifer zone deeper than those reached in Phase I drilling, while also assessing lateral continuity between previous drill grids spaced 5 kilometers apart. Additionally, it will evaluate new regional targets to the east and north of the areas previously drilled.

"We are thrilled to launch the second phase of drilling at Columbus, which we anticipate will further highlight the near-surface, multi-commodity mineral resource potential of the site," said Joness Lang, CEO of Canter. "The extensive dataset from the first two drilling phases will enable us to map and profile the shallow aquifer zones at Columbus, providing crucial geochemical data for our 3D model and analysis of lithium and boron mineralization patterns. We are eager to share the results from Phase II starting in September."

Initial results from Phase II brine testing are anticipated in Q3, with additional sediment results and multi-element analyses expected by early Q4. The findings from this second drilling phase will contribute to an NI-43-101 Technical Report for Columbus and an updated 3D model. This data will help the Company refine targets for future drilling phases before the end of the year.

Canter Resources Corp. is a junior mineral exploration company focused on advancing its key projects: the Columbus Lithium-Boron Project in Nevada and the Beaver Creek Lithium Property in Montana, USA. At the Columbus Project, the Company is implementing a phased drilling strategy designed to explore and evaluate promising brine targets at various depths for potential lithium-boron enrichment. This approach aims to identify and delineate significant mineral resources within these deposits.

In addition to its work at Columbus, Canter Resources is committed to leveraging its extensive database for critical metals targeting. This database plays a crucial role in generating a portfolio of high-quality mineral projects. The Company’s goal is to define substantial mineral resources that will contribute to North America's technology and clean energy supply chains. By focusing on lithium and boron—essential components for modern technologies and renewable energy solutions—Canter Resources seeks to support and enhance domestic clean energy initiatives.

The Company’s efforts are geared toward establishing a strong presence in the critical metals sector, with the ultimate aim of contributing to the development of sustainable and technologically advanced supply chains in North America.
