This 100-ton-per-day TruStyrenyx™ chemical recycling centre promises to take post-use plastics and turn them into high quality, virgin-equivalent products. Agilyx and Technip Energies have partnered up to provide an all-in-one solution for chemical recycling of Polystyrene back into high purity Styrene monomer. The newly produced Styrene monomer can be used as a source material to create new food-grade plastic products or packaging. TruStyrenyx is a remarkable effort that introduces an entirely new way to recycle plastic waste.
